The Daly City Community Service Center, a program of the Daly City Partnership, serves as a centralized resource dedicated to fighting poverty and lifting lives in San Mateo County. We help program participants navigate any crisis, access the support, information, and resources needed to stay housed. We provide a full range of essential services including rental, utility assistance, food assistance, medical assistance, and more.

In order to receive financial assistance such as rent, deposit, utilities, etc., please complete the attached application. Fields with an asterisk are required fields. If you are not submitting your application on-line, please place the application and the requested Supporting Documents in an envelope to be dropped off at The Daly City Community Service Center.

This is not an entitlement program. All applications will be screened diligently in accordance with all federal, state and local regulations. Daly City Community Service Center funds are limited and restricted. Assistance can only be provided after the documentation of need is verified by the Supporting Documents requested. You must have lived and paid rent in Daly City, Colma or Broadmoor for the past 30 days or more, and have proof that you currently live there (i.e. lease, utility bill, or other).

Due to the high volume of requests for assistance, we will process your application in the order it has been received. This may take several weeks.

Please know that you cannot be evicted for non-payment of rent during the eviction moratorium for at least 6 months, possibly longer, nor have your utilities shut off for non-payment due to COVID-19 related decrease in income. Please contact San Mateo County Legal Aid for more information and support to ensure you receive protections under the law.
